StarDog stands behind all of its great products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and it is unused with its packaging intact, it may be returned for a refund or store credit within 6 days of purchase. Returns can be accepted only with a receipt of purchase.

TOYS & ACCESSORIES
StarDog will only accept returns or exchange only if product is defective from factory, it may be returned for a refund or store credit within 6 days of purchase.

All returns must be accompanied by the original bill of sale. We regret we cannot refund shipping charges.

Free Local Delivery

StarDog offers Free Same Day local delivery to the following zip codes: 33130, 33131 & 33129. Same day delivery applies to orders placed before 6pm eastern standard time. Orders placed after 6pm will be delivered on the following day.

Shipping

All orders outside of the local area defined above will be shipped via UPS 3-5 day ground. Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of the order being received.
